The property has Fibre Wi-Fi, Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer. A private 'suntrap' to the rear of the property offers a wonderful place to barbecue and enjoy alfresco dining (Gas Barbecue available). The large lawn at the side of the property is a perfect place for kids to enjoy outdoor games. A travel cot and feeding booster seat are available on request.

Rental Information

Minimum rental term

The property is available to rent throughout the year. We have a minimum 4 night rental policy.

High Season (July/August)

Sunday-Thursday - €200 per night

Friday/Saturday - €250 per night

Mid Season (Easter-June & September-October)

Sunday-Thursday - €180 per night

Friday/Saturday - €220 per night

Low Season (November to Easter)

Sunday-Thursday - €120 per night

Friday/Saturday - €175 per night

Check-In/Check-Out

The property is available from 2:00pm on the first day of rental and must be vacated by 11:00am on the final day

Security Deposit

A security deposit of €500 will be taken to cover damage/extra cleaning etc and will be returned within 7 days of the end of the booking.
